Classes

We teach many adult fitness classes, with many dance based fitness such as Zumba, West End Wiggles, RAVE and Tap which cater for all ages ranging from 15 to 90!

We also provide Fitness Yoga and we are really excited to offer one to one classes in Trapeze Fitness in our Warrington studio.

Did you dance when you were younger? Do you think you’ve still got those dancing feet? This is all about fun as well as fitness!

BARRE FIT

Studio 2

A fitness class which incorporates ballet movements and the ballet barre. It helps strengthen and tone muscle.
