We teach adult fitness classes, with many dance based such as Zumba, West End Wiggles, BARRE fit and Tap which cater for all ages ranging from 15 to 90!

We also provide Fitness Yoga and we are really excited to offer one to one classes in Trapeze Fitness in our Warrington studio.
